Terms of Use

BMDR is a self-guided wellness practice tool. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, a medical device, crisis care, or a substitute for a qualified professional.

1. Agreement

By opening, purchasing, downloading, or using BMDR, you agree to these Terms. Do not use BMDR if you do not agree.

2. Personal license

A valid purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BMDR for personal purposes. You may keep reasonable personal backup copies of the downloaded file. You may not resell, publicly distribute, sublicense, publish, share the paid downloadable file, or provide BMDR as part of another paid product or service without written authorization from BNDR LLC.

3. Access and delivery

Public browser practice requires no purchase or account. Gumroad processes payment and delivers the paid downloadable file. No BMDR license key is submitted to the hosted application. No BMDR authorization cookie is created. No BMDR purchase-verification endpoint exists.

4. Safe use

Use a comfortable pace and volume. Stop immediately if the visual movement, sound, or practice causes distress, dizziness, nausea, disorientation, headache, panic, worsening symptoms, or other discomfort. Do not use BMDR while driving, operating equipment, or doing anything that requires full external attention. BMDR is not intended for emergencies.

5. No clinical relationship

Using BMDR does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or other professional-care relationship with BNDR LLC. Do not use BMDR to process traumatic material without appropriate professional support.

6. Availability and changes

BNDR LLC may correct defects, improve compatibility, update the hosted site or downloadable file, or discontinue hosted availability. A purchased downloadable copy remains subject to these Terms. No uninterrupted availability, device compatibility, or future feature set is guaranteed.

7. Intellectual property

BMDR, its source, design, branding, text, audio design, and associated materials are owned by or licensed to BNDR LLC. No ownership transfers with purchase.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BMDR is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of medical outcome, therapeutic benefit, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free operation. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BNDR LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from BMDR. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
