1. Session activity

The movement, pace, color, pattern, audio state, and other session interactions run in your browser and remain local to it. The BMDR application does not send the content of a practice session to BNDR LLC.

2. Purchases and delivery

Public browser practice requires no purchase or account. Gumroad processes payment, maintains purchase records, and delivers the paid downloadable file under Gumroad’s privacy terms. BMDR does not submit a purchase email or license key to the hosted application.

3. BMDR accounts and authorization

The hosted application creates no BMDR user account or BMDR authorization cookie. No BMDR purchase-verification endpoint exists.

4. Hosting and standard logs

The static hosting provider and Gumroad may receive ordinary network information such as IP address, request time, browser information, and request metadata under their own policies. Provider-operated security and infrastructure logs may be retained according to provider settings.

5. External resources

BMDR currently requests Google Fonts and a BNDR LLC image hosted through a Railway service. Those providers may receive normal request information. Gumroad processes checkout and purchase records under Gumroad’s privacy terms.

6. Analytics and advertising

The supplied deployment adds no analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral profiling, or sale of personal information.

7. Retention and requests

BNDR LLC does not maintain a BMDR user account through this package. Purchase records remain with Gumroad. Questions or legally available privacy requests may be submitted through the contact method at bndrllc.com or the Gumroad receipt.

8. Changes

This notice may be updated when hosting or data practices materially change. The updated date appears at the top of this page.
