Refund and download-entitlement handling occurs through Gumroad and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights always control where they apply.

Digital product policy

The public browser practice requires no purchase. The paid BMDR product is a downloadable file delivered through Gumroad. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed digital purchases are generally final after download access has been supplied.

Requests reviewed

Requests involving a duplicate purchase, an incorrect charge, or a material technical failure that prevents the purchaser from using BMDR as described and cannot be reasonably corrected may be reviewed. Submit the request through the Gumroad receipt or Gumroad’s available support process, preferably within 14 days of purchase.

Required information

Include the purchase email, Gumroad receipt or transaction reference, device and browser, and a concise description of the problem.

Refund, dispute, chargeback, and download-entitlement handling occurs through Gumroad and applicable law. These actions do not restrict access to the public browser practice.
